By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

3. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original condition. Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings and facial rollers cannot be returned once opened. Please refer to our Returns & Shipping Policy for full details.
