Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original condition. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for items such as earrings or facial rollers once opened.

Please email us at support@samsarawellbeing.com before returning any item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
